I'm not familiar with how the bull gear comes off but if you can take the rim and tire off do that. Then slide the axle out of the bull gear and take it to a shop that has a large press. Either they or you can grind the weld away and press it off. If there is no reason to take it apart other than to get it back to original you may want to leave it. Other option is a replacement axle and hub. What model is this with that type of hub. I thought you bought a Farmall H? Just my thoughts Gary
