I don't think either hub is welded to the axle. But yeah, they are gonna come off hard. Unbolt the wheels first and get them out of the way. (do one side at a time) Probably heat and lots of it. A good man on a torch could split the hubs and they would slide right off. Otherwise you are going to have to pull the axles and use a large press.
