Hi Jack, never worked on B275 but I think it is the same setup as B414D where there is a fuel pump on the right side of the engine block. This fuel pump has a diaphragm in it and it will crack over time or if there are any ice crystals from water in the fuel it will punch a hole in the diaphragm and cause Diesel fuel to leak into the crankcase. A replacement diaphragm was available from CIH. Good luck
