Don't worry about driving out the pin , that end is screwed on the end of the cylinder rod, just unscrew it from the other end , some of those other ends have two flat spots for a wrench. I have a good steering wheel that would fit it. On the trans the detent spring is probably gone and that might fix it, if not it will be deeper.Does it not jump out of anything else?
