I wouldn't use the 14L x 16.1's. Too tall unless You have 20.8 X 38's on the back of Your 966. The 10.00 X 16 uses an 8X16" rim, and the 11.00X 16 uses a 10 X 16" rim, I could give You IH part numbers from memory from My days of buying tires/rims & wheels at FARMALL but just see Your local C/IH dealer or local tire dealer....Both these wheels were 8-bolt wheels which is important for loader work. If You have factory 15" wheels You have 6-bolt wheels, which I would upgrade to 8-bolt....nothing wrong with the 15" tires however as long as You get 8 ply tires. An 11L x 15" or 12.5L x 15" 8-ply tire would allow Your 966 to sit level and give You a wider foot print... The newer style 4-rib fronts are similar to the 11L x 15" implement tires Dad ran on His 4010-D for years.... The lack of three ribs really didn't effect it's steering performance much.... Old girl pretty much when where it wanted under a hard load.

To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
