I don't think you have a problem at all. It is common for tractor mufflers to be filled with condensation when they are first started in the cold and if not run long enough to get to running temperature you will often expeience black droplets on the hood or even on you, from what you described as soon as your tractor has warmed up the moisture stops showing up...a very common problem with little diesels in cold weather..My B250 does that and so does our old case 311 loader tractor..it will give you a shower until it gets to running temperature.
