international B275 water out of the exhaust

My b 275 is putting water out of the exhaust manifold even when kept inside . I have striped the engine and can find nothing wrong , no liner protrusion,no head gasket failure, and no viseable cracks . Its had one composite and two copper head gaskets and still i have this problem.the water seems to come out of both exhust ports when the manifold was removed to try and see whare the water was comming from . The strange thing is the water stops after a short while and the exhaust is then dry . Please anyone got an idea whats wrong ? before i spend (waste) more money on this tractor.
