Hi Jay. There are a lot of things you can remove and paint one at a time, I often do that myself. I recommend that if you dont do much heavy tillage to get rid of that fluid in those tires. It will destroy your rims eventually. If you dont know anything about tire replacement they can be difficult to remove. Check with local tire service they may remove them cheap for the fluid. I have a tire man here that trades tire labor for the fluid. There may be one in your area willing to make a deal. They are a lot easier to put back on.
