I would want to take the wide front off my C and put it on the B. I'd leave the steering boxes as is. As I recall, the bottom of the upper bolster had two empty holes infront of the four where the lower bolster bolts on. They would take the center arm that holds the inner tie rod ends. I should have looked underneigth to see of there were tapped holes to hold the saddle for the pivot for wide top tube. Greg
