stan that does help a little but my problem is ( I think ) that there is a piece missing inside. the top scew is nonresponcive. I can scew it all the way out with no change. I removed the magnito drive gear and noticed that the housing behind it was polished as if the gear was riding hard against it, also when I put the gear back the forward leading edge of the gear was about 1/4" set back from the other gear this would explain why I was not getting the full stroke of the Gov. If you know where I can get my hands on some books that detail this area it would be helpfull. I am glad to see that others out there are eager to help I am greatfull. thanks Ken
