I painted mine like I did in the picture below because I could see clearly what had been blue and black. I have seen others paint the gang arms red and the tool bar blue. I think the clamps would have been black and the cultivator/sweeps were black but I have seen the clamps painted blue too. Guy here by the name of Reddog has some good pics of his cultivators if he chimes in. You may want to do some research too because depending on the date of the tractor paint colors changed some. By 1953 I guess they would have gone back to the original color. Check at the Wisconsin Historical Site and check the paint decisions if you want to be real accurate Ilink below). Heck, on one I saw where they were painting the Texas Sweeps orange and they voted to go ahead and let them do it.
