Make sure the return line to the fuel tank is not restricted. We never had any problems with this on our 560, so don't know for sure if it would cause a problem. On other Diesels, a restriction will result in a no-run situation. Sounds like it's a fuel delivery problem, though. Don't overlook the fuel tank outlet in case there is foreign material preventing full flow from the tank.
