O.T. Health issues

Hi folks. I do not post here often but read this forum pretty much every day. What a great bunch of people. Anyway I am to present myself at our hospital at 6:00am tomorrow to have my prostate removed. My 87 year old dad has prostate cancer and I guess that it was just a matter of time before it showed up in me. I have been getting myself checked regularly for some years now as well as PSA tests. My wife is going in with me and(we live on a smallish island with no hospital) we have neighbors who are going to feed the cows, etc. Have any of you guys been through this? How did it go? I must admit that I am pretty anxious.
