Sounds to me like youre just flooding it the heck out of it. Let it "dry" out for a while, then using NO choke or priming of any kind, give it try and see what happens. mine is EXTREMELY sensative to too much fuel. This is mine: Spark Advance set half way, throttle just under half way, pull up twice - if it doesnt start then push the choke in for one pull, then no choke(BTW, you do know the choke is pushing the rod in, instaed ofthe usual pull out?)Usually it starts by then, most times I dont even have to choke it.
