Cracked Block Repair

Hi all, I have been searching for a replacement block for my Super A which is cracked around the cylinder sleeves. I have this one which is cracked just behind the steering box (apparently the tractor was hard to start and was being pulled by another tractor hooked to the front end). Do you think this is repairable by a good welder? T_Bone had good suggestions last time. Your suggestions/ideas greatly appreciated. No luck with Steve at Ontario Used Tractor Parts. Thanks
