Grandfather had a 656 brand new. Traded it in for a 666 new, decided the 656 was a better machine so traded the 666 off a year later on a 656. When 686 came along he bought a 686 new. Still have both, always used the 686 for plowing and planting because it pulled a little better, but used the 656 for EVERYTHING else. Said the 686 used oil and took more fuel from the day it was new.
