I agree with Hugh my first love was a 1950 A John Deere, still like them warts and all. Went to a Blue Grass festival couple of years ago and they had a near perfect JD AR powering a sawmill and I listened to the tractor more than the music. That does not mean that I do not like Red tractors I have 3 letter series tractors, Dad went to the other Red (Masseys) about 1960 and I really liked the Massey 1100s.
