I agree with both below, your rack is probably stuck, and the seal on the transfer pump is leaking. However, to get to the rack on your pump (probably an "A" model) you need to remove the oil filler tub. Then you can get to the end of the rack and free it up with some WD40. You might want to see how fast the fuel is leaking into the injector pump before you fight that problem. If it's slow, you might want to shut the fuel off when the tractor sits rather than pull the pump and deal with that. Larry
