IH 464 Fuel Filter Plugs

I have an IHC 464 Diesel Tractor. I have believed that I needed to add a Final Filter on the left side of the engine. I got a bracket that on the box says 3132198R2 Deckel. It did not come with any plugs or inlet/outlet plugs. I need two to close off inlets I will not be using and then one that allows me to connect a flex 3/8" fuel hose. I think the holes need a male plug of about 3/8" and I thought either Compression or Pipe threads. But I can't find a plug that fits, a man at NAPA says the threads are Metric. I am not sure what to use or where to find it.
