Hugh, I agree, if you get the right guy doing the modification you could make the steering work from even another brand tractor. I was doubtful this was his intention, aas he only needs a bolster. I don't think it would be too difficult to make the hydrostatic work on the 300 - 350 tractors, but didn't want to confuse the guy into believing the parts from those tractors were "bolt on" replacements which they're not. Although I have been tempted to try it on a 300-350, it seems the cyl and drag links would be way too low to the ground. I may try to find this in the archives, sounds interesting.
