Jrry. Do you have any pics of your setups? There is no fill cap on yours, mine has a dipstick? ot sure what they are doing there. Seen a set of 3 IH control valve on ebay 100$ starting bid, they didnt sell. Keep filling it up, if you get too muxh in there, they oil should come out of the breather hole... From my experience, if you run low on fluid the pump will complain when all it has is air to pump, you outta notice it fast. Another idea is your breather might be cloggd, try cleaning it out good and reinstalling it, then trying it. You could try it without the breather temporarily to be sure as well.
