Mating update: A rival has appeared. Number 2 rooster came on the scene this evening. No breeding was done, just a lot of fighting. Wildlife info concurs that if you have too high rooster to hen ratio that the roosters spend all their time fighting instead of f**king!
Looks like time to get the .22WMR out of the sock.Or the big white English setter and my little Browning .20ga O/U. Gordo
