1066 help needed PLEASE!

When I start my 1066 the power steering won't work or the Hyd assist on the clutch. After a minute or so it will start working. Also when I depress the clutch and if I am on any kind of incline I cant get it out of gear. The red light that used to come on when I depressed the clutch donesn't come on any more. This all started happening after I had the tractor split and and had the pto seals replaced. What do I need to do? Thanks, Ricky
