Controls and linkages...

I'm probably going to be looking at an H on Saturday. I was looking over my checklist of things to look at built from the suggestions of a previous thread, and one of the things on the list was "Check for all controls and linkages"... What does that mean? Light control, steering wheel, throttle, PTO pull rod... other than that... what else should I be checking for in respects to "Controls and linkages"?
