A lot of the parts are the same in the earlier models. Unfortunately, the fourth gears are one of the few things that chenged with the 240, unless you happen to be dealing with the high speed third gear option.

You probably need to be checking the Parts Catalog for the specific pieces you need and check tooth counts to see if it would make speed differences that matter to you. If you install used gears, be sure to change gear pairs together.
