Take a picture of the other side of the block so that we can see the block numbers. To me, it looks like your tractor had a transplanted motor. That doesn't look like an M&W kit, or any aftermarket kit. Every part that I see on that motor is directly off of a 1206. So either: a)someone transplanted the entire DT361 from a 1206 or b)someone took the manifolds, turbo, plumbing, etc. from the 1206 engine and placed them on your D361. Either way, it ain't factory. Lastly, if you want real, accurate horsepower numbers, you will have to dyno it. We can guess all we want, but the only way to really know is to run it and see what it does.
