Is the exhaust good and clear? Does the color of the exhaust change when it dies?

You say it dies when the tractor gets "hot." Coils often fail under temperature stress. Next time yank a spark wire and do a spark test RIGHT AFTER it dies.

But I'm curious about the exhaust...
