400 vs. 560

I talked to this guy who has both a 400 and a 560. He claims that since he overhauled his 400 with oversized sleeves, it will outpull his stock 560. He also says some of his other friends claim the same thing. Can this be true? Says he would sell his 560 before the 400. Is he telling the truth? Says the 560 doesn't smoke and runs good. What do you think?
