Yes I think it is for the lift now after Brad mentioned it as I said it was a guess. It didn't look like anything on my planter either but I don't know what may have been on an A or B. I dont have all the parts to my planter. It is really a HM planter with an adapter to make it work on a C. I am missing the spool and all related parts to it. The reason I thought it may have been a planter part is that the spool and some of the parts for a front mount C planter mount on the tractor and I don't know what they look like.
