Well it took 4 1/2 hrs and did 10 gallons of Hydralic fluid. It seemed to work good. The fluid was amber again with just a hint of greyish darkness. Smelled like new oil again instead of soap. (of coarse this was oil that had only been used less than an hour in a tractor with a lot of water in it) Started off with a new tank of propane, (12.00 bucks) and the burner was on the lowest setting I could get and keep it lit. I estimate I went through maybe 10-15 % of the tank so maybe 2.00 bucks in propane. 10 gallons of hy-tran here is almost 60 bucks. but the big thing is I didn't have to throw it out. Probably not worth your time if you make 100 grand a year but for an old retired guy I thought it worthwhile.
