Super C update

Well I re-installed the valve cover and oil pan, I didn't adjust the valves yet, I have two conflicting directions between the IH manual and the I&T Shop manual. The IH manual says to line it up at TDC with the tractor warmed up, and the I&T manual says to advance it slightly past TDC. So since it has been sitting for a couple weeks with no oil in it, I don't think it would be a good idea to try and rotate the motor.
I got called into work yesterday, so thats as far as I got, today I will install new brake disks. And fiddle with the govenor, there's a little play in the rockshaft, and it wouldn't hold a steady idle (hunting). After that it will probably be time to get ready for work.
