Hi, tractor could be the industrial version of B414 or 434. Does it have a draft control level beside the 3pt control lever? If it does try pushing the draft control lever completely forward and then try the 3pt lever. The other thing is there is some shut off and flow control valves (Knobs) on the casting on front of the seat. One valve controls the flow rate to the 3pt hitch and it is a push and turn 1/2 turn to reduce the flow from 6 to 3 GPM. The other valve controls the direction of hydraulic oil flow, either to 3pt or to a aux remote outlet. This one is turn 3 or 4 turns and if it is in wrong position the 3pt will be locked in position and 3 pt control lever will control flow to the aux remote but if you have no aux remote oil can't go anywhere and will cause the relief valve to trip and labor the engine.
