Run her awhile and get her warm...then change that HYD fluid. Run it a few more days and do it again since it sat so long.
May as well change all the fluids a few times to get the gunk out...course you know that.
Just make sure you don't shut her down hot...let her idle and cool before shutting down.
Did exactly the same thing with the old 450D dad had in the barn that was not used for years.
First chance you get hook a 10' disk on it and run it in the ground to the axles...she will love you for it.
