Need help with International 354

I am looking at a 74 Int. 354(yes that is correct)at an upcoming auction. I've seen the tractor and it is in pretty good shape(tires are good, idles fine, 1100 hrs., overall appearance good). I would like to know more about this model(hp.,years made,strengths/weaknesses,and most importantly value). Any information would be greatly appreciated.
