I did not see your post until today, Tony, but I wonder if you were looking at the same International 354 SNA470001B001039 mfg. by IHC of Great Britain at the Sayre Estate auction in Hugo MN 5/1/99. I attended this auction and as an early bidder was surprised (and not alone) to see the tractor sell for $5,200. This tractor started and ran well, rear tires excellent, front tires good, tin good, paint some faded and scratches with a fiberglass insert on part of the hood. If you were the high bidder on this tractor, congratulations! The auctioneers Jim Manges and Lyle Bostrom really did their job for the seller in this case.
