Look into the distributor cap as it has may have moisture due to being covered up while still warm.Dry with a propane torch or remove and give it a few minutes in a oven.Check to see if the distributor vent hole is open.If rain got to it you can prevent this from happening again by covering with a plastic bag of your choice.If the cap has dull ozone look you can clean with a good carb cleaner and rinsing with clean hot water.That will make it like new again unless it already has a burned hair like line between two termnals inside the cap.
