Jim: As Bill mentions, C-135 engines from 330, 340 tractors do not have the crank drilled for the pilot bushing needed in your Super C. You may run across the same with other C-135 engines. If you searce the archives there are a couple of threads where this hole has been drilled in a C-135 crank. Another item you might look into is water pump and fan. Most C-135 engines have automotive type water pump on the fan hub. Check it out, but I think you can use your SC water pump and fan. Even the 140 and 240 with C-123 engine have the automotive type water pump. I have both type water pumps in my 130 and 140. I think you could also use the automotive pump if you have the right shroud. The difference is not great and as Bill said, a bit of modification will do the trick.
