Buying Farmall M

I'm thinking about buying a "49" M . I have some concerns.1 motor was overhauled to high dome pistons & possible cam work. The guy says its pushing 50 some horse - is this possible?2- how good are add on 3 point hitches-power & cost?3 Its got good rubber,set of duals,hydraulics &runs good.Is $1500 a good price? ( mid Michigan) Any info will be appreciated. thanx Brett
