JB, Bernard, Jake and george and everyone else that has helped me here. I will try the pump priming that Bernard has posted. JB to answer your question, I have TA, and it works fine. The PTo works well too. Very little steering, even when warmed up, but again brakes and clutch work well. Pilot and flow valve in MCV look clean as a whistle. The guy I bought it from claimed it stopped working over time, and so he drained the fluid and changed the filter to no avail. Again no loader at all and no rear hitch at all. Tough to use for anything when you can't riase or lower the bucket or hitch, and when steering is an issue. My original thought was not enough fluid since I drained only 6 gallons out of the case but now I am thinking pump, since if it really is going to take that much effort to prime the pump as Bernard pointed in his technique then the pump is probably failing after 20 plus years. I only paid 3500 with the bucket so I will not be too disapointed if I have to put a pump in it. Only issue is working on it myself. As you can imagine there are not a lot of good mechanics in the suburban spral that is this area in Seattle. PLus unkike rural washington IE Moses Lake you get a lot of strange looks driving a tractor through the city. Jake, our farm is in Moses Lake so that is where the tactor is ending up anyway. Thanks again for all the suggetions

If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
