I agree with all the current information that states that the white H or Ms were not produced by IH.. Since the Mid-Century campaign occured in 1950, and this is a 43, that pretty much states that it was not a demonstrator M, unless it was painted white by a dealer.. People do go crazy over them, which was apparent in the supposed white demonstrator M that sold at the Bill White auctionlast year.. It was a 42, and I think that it may have sold for near $4,500-5,000... One thing that I have heard that IH did, was that if you were a good enough customer, that they would paint your tractors about any color that you requested.. I don't know if this is true or not, but I wouldn't doubt it..
