Need IH 454 Diesel info

I'm considering buying a 454 Diesel with loader ($7,500). Can anyone tell me horsepower, years made, or anything else? Is this a good model tractor? The dealer who has this one is getting in a IH 350 gas model ($5,500) next week. What about that one? Any help would be appreciated.
