I still have some sludge in this one so every 20 hours I will change the oil and filter until I get to 100 or so. The rod journals looked excellent on mine also. I did not pull the crank nor the cam. She is settling down and running pretty darn good now. Just need a set of distributor springs and I am replacing the oil pump at hour 30 when I change oil and filter again. Still have some minor leaking around the oil pan and front timing gear cover.
