A. Bohemian: You ask,"An I missing something." I must concur, you usually do. I am 65 years old and been around these Farmalls almost since birth. My dad bought his first one the year I was born. I gave my advice to Bob, based on the excellent description he gave. And yes, offset Farmalls do have bull gears.
