We have TD6 with a drott 4 way bucket that we used to use to clear fence rows etc. it is straight diesel and I don't remember the year eactly. The only problems I remember having on it were knocking off the fuel line on the tank (limb got wedged in there and broke it off) of course it ran out of fuel before Grandpa noticed it, that ate up most of the afternoon getting the air out of the lines. Also the hand clutch was a bit grabby and someone who was using it let it snap and it broke the ring gear, a company sent a supposedly correct one to my uncle and he put it in,and didn't check the ratio against the old one, but now the thing FLYS! not very useable the way it is.someone said they thought the gears were for a loader, but who knows. My advise is just be gentle with the old girl so she don't "break a hip". She should last a good while if you are carefull with it and don't work it too hard.
