350 utility hydraulic fast hitch

I have a 350 hi-utility with fast hitch. I'm having a problem with the hydraulic for the drawbar. Remote rams work fine, even at idle, but I can barely lift the any load on the drawbar hydraulic. I was plowing yesterday and could barely get the plow out of the ground, even running at full throttle. Sometimes it would work better to lift it as high as it would go, then lower it down all the way and idle the tractor down. Then go to full throttle and it would lift the second time, although slowly. The fluid is hy-tran so that should be ok. Any ideas what's wrong?
