Mike, I don't look at it as neglegence. It is a tragic accident. This man should not have to endure this from our elected officials. He has enough to deal with as it is. He will never get over loosing his wife. He certainly shouldn't have to go through a trial. Hopefully a jury will have enough sense to do away with these charges. Here is some real neglegence sending our young men into combat riding in a SUV. We had thousands of APCs and sent young men to die in a jeep.
