As mentioned below, it makes no practical difference in your application. In fact, if you were using IH fast hitch cylinders, you could plumb directly to one cylinder and use the extra ports in the first cylinder to connect the other cylinder. You save the cost of at least four fittings (2 swivels and 2 T's) and probably some hose. Somewhere in my long lost past, I recall seeing hydraulic brakes set up like that. It does simplify things. On the other hand, diesel fuel injection lines have to be equal in length so that each injector pops off at the same pressure (which means the same time before TDC). The steel lines actually expand and collapse with each fuel delivery.
