Super C cam

I have a cam out of a 135 motor and I noticed that the lobes were just a little taller than the one in the 123 motor.My question is,will this change any thing?? It seems to me that when I adjust the valves that thing will be the same as in the 123 no matter if the lobes are higher.The only change that I for see is that the extra height may take longer for the valves to open but only maybe a degree or two.
