The first and third picture appear to be ordinary lichen but I can only imagine that you have thought of that, that you know what it looks like and that it isn't. If it is fuzzy or has the consistency of thick jello it is some sort of fungus and should easily be dealt with a spray of something like 50/50 vinegar and water. I can say with confidence that the second one is just two ordinary dogs that should not adversely affect the trees, unless of course they are males and they are marking their territory higher up on the trunk than one would ordinarily expect.
