1256 oil cooler leaks

the oil cooler and oil pump area leaks oil a lot.

how do those seals work on the connecting tubes? the IT manual says nothing on this.

should we purchase all new seals for this area? the pump won't have to be removed, so that's one plus.

also the return hose from turbo is shot. is this a high pressure hose? or just a hose?
